New Dress...

Alright. Today, I made a pillowcase dress. This was my first ever real attempt at a dress made from scratch. It turned out beautifully. I used a piece of fabric that I have had for a year, just sitting around. I had it left after making loveys, and didn't have anything to do with it because it wasn't enough to do anything with... until today. It is better than I could have asked. I am planning on making a set of leg warmers to match.

I went to Hancock Fabrics tonight and got some pink zebra print, a brown and pretty colors piece and a brown and teal piece of fabric. I am planning on making a few more dresses for BG to wear... How wonderful. I have a pair of brown boots that are going to make a perfect outfit with these dresses... Ah... great fall weather.... Sooo looking forward to it...

All The Hard Work, Paid Off...

Well... Working on BG's (Baby Girl) outfit took me forever. It was, however, worth it. She won. I added to her headband... made three kinds of socks before I was satisfied, basically made improvements to everything. She won top honors in her division. She was crowned Queen. Yay! I have decided to sell her dress and headband. Best offer wins. When she goes to state she will wear another dress... so if you want your baby to be a beauty queen, make an offer.

Size: 3-6 months.
Colors: Navy, Pink, Light Pink, White
Bows in front and big one in back
Fully lined
Empire Waist
Headband can stretch to fit child

New Crafts...

I have been so busy lately... I have made several things I wanted to post. This is the Little Pumpkin Onesie with Matching Headband. I took korker bow and used it to make it.

I wanted to get Eliza a bracelet to match her pageant dress... these were ridiculously expensive... so I made her one. It matches her dress perfectly and is so sweet! Made with a magnetic clasp, and stretchy wire... it is made to last and not hurt baby.
